For Application I had to submit my CV, 2 LoR, my SoP with the number of publications, papers presented and my research experience prior to and during my work. LoR was more focused on research and my leadership qualities displayed during my term as undergrads. Since I was a university rank holder, they waved it off for me.

Placement :

The college has its own self-reliant career department with well-connected alumni around the globe giving great chance to the students to be placed themselves. Frequent career fairs and employer interactions give great exposure to the students.
