The course curriculum in the college is good, and it is updated as per the needs.
Ranchi is a nice city with well-known colleges, and there is always an interaction between us.
I am happy that the scholarship by the Government of India, the Ekalyan scholarship, has helped a lot of ST, SC, and OBC students.
As Ranchi is the city of Dhoni, there is a very good atmosphere for cricket.
The hostels are good in the condition they have facilities for AC and Non-AC, whichever is required by the students.
I am from Ranchi and didnt want to move to another city for education, as Ranchi University is the best in Jharkhand.

Dislike

They dont provide internships, not because they cant, but because they dont want to, I guess. However, they do give company tours for a few hours to all students.
You cannot get a good placement unless you move outside and search for one yourself, as the college placement cell is not good enough to bring companies for placement.
The government provides scholarships to meritorious students from poor families through the Ekalyan Scholarship program. Additionally, there is coaching available for poor students to help them prepare for various government exams.
We dont have a playground, and now there is a new building for labs and everything, but until now, everything has been poor; that building is still under construction

Education with Social Life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had done my graduation in the same field, so it is obvious. The Faculty: Student ratio is about 60:1. Teachers are the well-qualified majority of them possess a Doctorate in their respective fields. A syllabus is generally completed within time and has a better sense of teaching. There are Semester wise exams. It was not so difficult.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 38600 per year

Remarks:

For admission to the master's program, you must possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% in the respective subject. You could find admission details on the college website www.sxcran.org. There are reserved seats for ST, SC, and EWS quotas. The admission process should be more transparent. Few subjects have high demands between students and a lot of students are disqualified without any proper validation.

Very good for a backup degree

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very easy. The faculty members are also friendly. But there are not enough faculty members. You also won't get perfect professors who can make you understand everything. There are a few professors who are very good when it comes to teaching skills.

Remarks:

The Department is fairly good compared to other colleges or universities in Jharkhand but it can't be compared to the best universities. The infrastructure is very good but the faculty volume is very low. There are only 6-7 professors for a postgraduate program which is very low. There is almost no opportunity for research. If you are preparing for any competitive exams and want a Master's degree as a backup then this university is perfect for you. The syllabus is not hectic and one can easily manage while preparing for any competitive exams.
