It has an excellent placement record this year. The highest placement package is 75 LAKHS, and this year 81 students got a pay package of 25 lakhs per year.
Yeah, we do have an internship in a very awesome organization where we gain work expertise and get an idea of working on a real-time project.
Placement drives are conducted by our college. Our college has a well-dedicated placement cell that communicates with all the leading companies to provide opportunities for students who have excellent academics.
Yeah, Im about to avail my education loan for fee payment, and yeah, the scholarship opportunities are pretty great.
The college provides all types of extracurricular activities, and it is awesome in terms of that.
I have not stayed in the hostel, but I have heard from my friends that the hostel food is very good and they prepare a variety of foods every day.
Coming to this college is one of the best decisions I have made in my life, and you will never feel that you miss anything that NITs or IITs could offer.

Dislike

The research carried out by teachers is on very boring topics, something that doesnt inspire me at least.
In the final semester, students usually head out of VIT for internships for their final projects.
Our college always tries to show off their college placement records. They only show the icing on the cake, but the reality is often disappointing.
Loan facilities are bad, with an interest rate of 10 percent. If you have a scholarship and a CGPA of more than 8, you will receive 10,000 rupees. It is offered to students from poor backgrounds. The loan facilities provided by VIT universities are bad.
There are hardly any extracurricular activities, but even if there is an event, the management is very poor and always fails to send the information to everyone.
Preference is given to 9-pointers, which is a really stupid rule, and the hostels arent really affordable as well.
Some hostel blocks should have room changes, which are the only negative comment about VIT college.

VIT :"A PLACE TO LEARN , A CHANCE TO GROW"

Placement Experience:

IT University has an excellent placement track record with the students receiving offers from some of the most prestigious companies in India and abroad. From the 8th semester onwards, students become eligible for campus placements. Some of the companies that have come on campus this year for placements include Microsoft, Oracle, Infosys, Bosch, Goldman Sachs, Capgemini, Accenture, Dell, and Wipro among others. The average CTC offered is around 5–6 LPA while the highest package amounts to 25+ LPA. The percentage of students getting placements is over 90% which is pretty impressive. There are various plans available after completing your degrees like pursuing higher studies at reputed universities abroad in fields such as Robotics & AI or Data Science or taking up internships during summers etc., Apart from this you can also join start-up incubators available on campus and co-found a venture there or take up a freelancing gig. There are many other possibilities depending on your skill set.

Remarks:

The admission process for the course depends entirely on the institution offering it. Generally, in order to secure admission to a course, students need to meet certain eligibility criteria set by the college/university. For example, many institutions stipulate a minimum aggregate percentage or marks in previous qualifying examinations. I got a 100 % scholarship for studying under the STARS scheme. And I don't have to pay any tuition and collage fees. And in VIT, fees are dependent on their VITEEE exam score, and the basis that they will categorize into 1st,2nd,3rd, and 4th categories. In colleges that require entrance exams as part of their admissions process, potential students will be required to apply via an online form and pay a certain amount of application fees along with other documentation within specified timelines. It is important to note that each college/university will have its own set of criteria. Online counseling is good if the interface will be easy for enrollment by students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I enrolled in Cyber security and digital forensics. In the college faculty-student ratio is approx 60-80 students per faculty. All the faculties are doctorates and have good teaching skills. If you focus properly in class so it is not very hard to pass term exams.

Remarks:

The admission process is smooth, on the basis of my JEE main score and 12th board result, I got admission. You can find the application form on the official website of VIT Bhopal and application fees for different courses is also available there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exams were on time as per the schedule given with one midsem and one term-end exam. Exams are moderate. Sometimes the pattern is changed and there are two more exams namely CAT1 and CAT 2. Grades are relative and given on the basis of class average scores.

Application forms to apply in the college can be found on the main website of the college. One needs to give VITEEE and based on the rank scored in the exam branches and categories are allotted to students. There are some scholarships too based on the rank scored in VITEEE.
