There are 10 subjects that we have to study in the semester. They are 10 to 12 lab subjects for practical subjects that we have to study. All the faculty of the college is very good and helpful in nature.
The college provides internship opportunities too; you just have to maintain a good relationship with the faculty, and they might refer you somewhere.
This college has a lot to offer its students, as the placement opportunities are very good.
The college provides scholarship facilities for students who are good in studies and belong to ST, SC, OBC, and BPL families. Students can apply for the scholarship online on the website provided by the college campus.
Wi-Fi facilities are available all over the campus, and the infrastructure is quite great in terms of the college premises.
As we are paying very low fees for the hostel, the university is providing us with a good hostel facility at this price.
I am very satisfied with my college in every field; they give us the best.

Dislike

There are no job opportunities and placements provided by the college. It is so disheartening to hear that Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University is not offering placements for any student except B.tech students.
The fee structure is normal, allowing even poor students to afford to study there. The fees will be paid in installments, which makes it easy for students. The campus provides scholarships for needy students and also provides funds for the poorest of the poor.
Extracurricular activities are great in our college. Sports events are randomly organized by the college. However, the labs are in poor condition because there are not enough instruments for students to do their practical work properly.
The infrastructure is very poor, with a lack of dustbins, drinking water facilities, and clean toilets on the campus. Additionally, the college canteen does not provide good quality food.

Review of DAV PG College

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had an interest in this course which is why I have applied for this course. The faculty members are very much cooperative and friendly and the faculty and student ratio was around 10:7. The faculty members are highly qualified and their teaching methods are very interactive

Class Size : 120Course Fees : INR 3500 per year

Remarks:

Eligibility for the course of MA Economics was based on the cutoff. The application form can be downloaded from the official website of DAV PG College from where I have completed my post-graduation. There should be campus placements in the college
