I got direct admission without any entrance exams or interviews. I just filled out the application form and got admitted. They take in students that are average performers, they didn't have much specific cut-off for the eligibility of admission to the university. You can do the admission online on their official website or even do it offline at the entrance office counter. As for improvement, I would suggest the university be a little more standardised in admitting the quality of students.
