Course Curriculum :
My course was a great experience for me as it challenged my way of studying. In India education is more about learning the topics, Monash University offered my course as more of a hands-on experience where I shared my fair share of time in labs, Interacted with industry professionals, and even took part in cross-department projects. This would not have been possible if the structure of my course wasn't flexible enough. The curriculum comprises more than 30 courses just in the field of biomedical engineering which assisted me to pursue my career choice.
Exams :
My Scores: IELTS 8.5, GPA 8.5. no additional requirements apart from a bachelor's degree from a tier 1 University in India.
Placement :
Australian culture disapproves of on-campus placements for masters students and hence one would have to find their own placements. Having internships and gaining relevant academic knowledge from a good University can open up multiple pathways for a good student.

Events :
The campus life is one to die for and trust me I know. I have lived every single campus role that is out there for an international student. Starting from clubs to student unions, these are the life of the campus and they have free food events every Wednesday which sought our hunger and entertainment. Various campus lounges are a great place for studying and co-op spaces help with group projects. Monash is also the largest University in Victoria boasting great soccer and basketball fields if someone is interested

Scholarship :
Yes, I received a scholarship of 8000/year. This was given to me based on my academic record and can be applied by selecting the correct box whilst submitting your application.
Faculty :
Being a cross-departmental field I had the benefit to study from faculties of various other field who not only possessed top of the field expertise but also share a great teaching attitude. My professors have been a key inspiration for me to complete my research and projects.
Hostel :
The accommodation is available through University or privately as well. A budget of around $900-1000 a month should cover all expenses including rent groceries and bills.
