In government college, the fees are exceptionally low since it is funded by the government. The fees have recently hiked a little possibly due to some changes in the administration. Scholarships are there, and for that one would need to secure 75 percent in both theory and practical.
To be eligible for appearing for the neet exam, one would have to have passed the 10th and 12th board exams with minimum requirements. There are age restrictions as well on the lower limit. The application process begins after the announcement of the dates. Specific documents have to be submitted. The application form can be found on the concerned website. There are reservations in placement for different colleges. One improvement I'd like to see would make it easier to change colleges later.
