KMCH College of Nursing is a reputed educational institution imparting quality education in the field of Nursing Science. The institute was established in 1993 as the first educational center of the Kovai Medical Center Research & Educational Trust. The college is attached to the Kovai Medical Center & Hospital, and is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It is affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai.

The college offers various undergraduate and post-graduate programs in several disciplines of nursing.   • Candidates for all other courses except B.Sc. Nursing should furnish Council Registration Certificate obtained from the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council and Work Experience Certificate from their previous employer.
  • NRI candidates should submit their original passport and visa and must provide evidence for payment of US Dollar 1000 to the college against Development Charges.
  • Reservation is provided to Indian candidates as per norms set by the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University.

KMCH College of Nursing UG Admission 2023

KMCH College of Nursing offers a four-year Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) program in Nursing along with a Post Basic B.Sc. program in Nursing of two-year duration. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the B.Sc. The specializations offered under the M.Sc. Nursing program include Medical Surgical Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Maternity Nursing, Community Health Nursing and Psychiatric Nursing.

The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the M.Sc. Nursing program is a B.Sc. degree in Nursing from a recognized institute with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks. Candidates applying for the Post Basic Diploma courses should have a Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institute. KMCH College of Nursing offers a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Medical Surgical Nursing at the doctoral level. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to this course is a M.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized institute with specialization in Medical Surgical Nursing. Candidates are also required to have pass the M.Sc. Nursing program with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
