Aspirants seeking admission to 2 year Full-time M.Tech Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement

Bachelor's degree in any discipline or its equivalent of minimum three years duration, from a recognised university.

1. Seats are open and preference is given to GATE qualified candidates. The merit list is prepared on the basis of GATE score and remaining admissions are done on the basis of merit list of written test/Interview conducted at RJIT.
