The teacher and all faculty are well trained and educated from a good and reputed university.
My college provided an internship, and I sat for it and did really well. It was a great experience I had in my life. Generally, my college held the internship in the month of February, and I did go for it and did really well.
Placement is really good, and most of us get placed in excellent companies. Many companies have come and taken up many students from our college. I got selected for a stipend of 15000 per month, and Im really happy.
Getting a scholarship is not necessary at all. I dont have any information about good scholarships here.
Those are quite good. Siliguri College organized an annual sports event along with some seasonal tournaments, where every student participates according to their ability. And yes, I have experienced the lab facilities at Siliguri College, which are very good.
There is a lot of mass bunking. Teachers are good, but they rarely come to class.

Dislike

Theres not much internship scene here as there is no company related to it. One needs to seek employment on their own; no help will be provided from the college side.
Our college does not provide any placements in any company. Since its establishment in 1962, Siliguri College of Commerce has not provided any placement to any student. This is very unfortunate for the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course to become I was interested in this course. To get the honours program you have to bring marks in class 12. The faculty members are really good and supportive. They support me a lot. They clear all doubt

Remarks:

First of all, you have to bring good marks in class 12. Then you have to apply online on the college site. Then the cut-off comes if there is your name. Then can go to college and follow all the admission procedures.
