Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (History) From Jhargram Raj College, Midnapore

Aspirants seeking admission to 3 year Full-time BA Program should have passed the intermediate or 10+2 level from a recognized board.

Jhargram Raj College offers admission to 3 years full time B.Sc., BA, and B.Com. (General and Honours) courses. The basic eligibility for these courses is a pass in 10+2 examination.

Specializations

There is only one specialization in B.Com (Hons) i.e. Accounting and Finance.

B.Sc. and B.Sc. (Hons) Specializations

NOTE - Economics is offered as a separate specialization in B.Sc.(Hons) course.

BA and BA (Hons) Specializations

NOTE - The option of Physical Education is not available in BA (Hons) course.

Jhargram Raj College UG Eligibility 

• Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination conducted by West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or any other equivalent board/council in at least 5 subjects.
• For Honours courses, candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with minimum 45% marks in aggregate calculated by adding the marks obtained in best five subjects (including at least one language paper but excluding Environmental Studies) or 50% marks in subject or related subject.

Jhargram Raj College UG Selection Criteria

Admissions to all the UG courses are done on the basis of merit secured in the qualifying exam.
