Bachelor of Pharmacy [B.Pharma] From CGC Landran, Mohali

Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to the program must fulfill following Criteria:-

Academic Requirement:

To secure admission in B. Pharmacy one must have cleared 10+2 with Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects and one of the following as an additional subject: Math/Biology/Biotechnology/ Computer Science with at least 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category).
OR
Candidates who have passed Diploma in Pharmacy from Punjab State Board of Technical Education / any other university / State Board of Technical Education provided the diploma is duly approved by the PCI / AICTE are also eligible.

Admission Guidelines

Admission will be done on the basis of CET conducted by PTU, Jalandhar. 66.6% seats form the State Quota and 33.3% of the seats are for Management Quota. All seats are filled on the merit of CET/JEE/marks in qualifying exam.

3 years of my life in CGC, Landran

Course Curriculum Overview:

The main reason of mine for choosing this course was that I was very much interested in medicines and more of it I was interested in the manufacturing of medicine and going into the Pharmaceutical industry so that I can get more knowledge about medicines. The faculty of our college is very good, all the teachers are experts in their subject and almost (95%) all of them are doctorates. The supportive and loving nature towards students is remarkable. As I already said that almost all of our professors are PhD holders and their teaching methods are very good they always make us understand every concept very well and encourage us to actively participate in both academics and extracurricular activities. The university exams are conducted at the end of our semester, but from previous semesters we are facing that the duration of the semester is getting very short, our 6 semester was of only 3.5 -4 months.

CCP-An amazing world

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty members are too good and polite .they helped me to do my projects and other activities in my college. The faculties are senior professors. There are approx 500 faculty members. The exam pattern is so easy that everyone can pass easily.
