Dislike

  • Students are not allowed to go for internships as you have to come to the college daily.
  • I didnt attend any internships, and placements are the worst. Only a few companies come to the college, and only a few students are placed. The placements in our college are the worst.
  • This college provides educational loan facilities to poor students who are not capable of paying the fees. Additionally, there are scholarships and other schemes for improvement. We can apply for scholarships and receive the amount.
  • The hostel I was in was the Pallotine Missionary Sisters, which is the worst. The other college hostels are even worse than this.
  • Nothing is bad, but students feel that 85% of attendees should not be mandatory in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course will be in demand in the comming future and it is the most important role for the company and the resources are also very less. A single teacher handles a class of 50 to 70 students. The exams are conducted on time and if you are attentive in class that is enough to pass the exams.

Remarks:

10th and +2 pass. The application form will be available on the college website I paid an application fee of 300 but now it has been increased to 500. Interviews are taken on a merit basis the highest scorer will get the chance first.

Placement Experience:

During the 5th sem student become eligible for placement. Names of the company visited these times are Wipro, EY, jp Morgan, Mindtree, musigma and syrus many more. The highest package on our campus is around 10lpa and the lowest package is around 3 LPA. The average package is around 5 LPA. Mostly around 80% of students got placement these times. My plan after getting a degree is to apply for a master's.

Remarks:

The eligibility of the course is that you should score a minimum of 60% in the 12th standard. You can find the application form on the college website which is kjc.com. You have to pay 100rs for an application form. After that, they will take an interview on the basis of your course. Later your name is displayed on the college website whether you are selected or not.

Placement Experience:

Although I am a first-year student, campus placements at KJC are pretty good. Teachers and the faculty start preparing the students from the first year to be eligible and obtain campus placements. Students are eligible for campus placements after their III/IV semester. One has to score above 90% in their semester exams, clear all backlogs and must have more than 90% attendance to be eligible for campus placements. Various companies that come for placements are Morgan Stanley, KPMG, EY, Grant Thornton, Asian Paints, Byjus, Federal bank, Accenture, Coca-Cola, Johnson, and Johnson, Mckinsey & Co, South Indian bank, Google, Cognizant, etc. Packages range from 2 LPA - 5 LPA. More than 20% of students out of eligible students often get placed for a job. I too aspire to take part in the campus placements that will happen for me in the year 2024, and after the degree, I plan to do some internships to gain experience and travel abroad to do my MBA.

Remarks:

The admission process for Kristu Jayanti college autonomous started early on, way back in April 2022. We had to fill in an application form, which contains personal details, income status, educational details, etc. One could apply for admission via the college website and apply for the courses they wish. The form was to be filled through the website, which would take us to an external link where we have to provide the details after paying an admission fee. After that, we were sent a link for an online interview conducted by the HOD of the management department and we had to answer a few questions. It took about 10 mins. After we were selected for the college, we had to pay 60% of our yearly fees along with an admission fee(I don't clearly remember the amount) to the college, after which our seats were confirmed. There were scholarships and reservation benefits available to students of certain backgrounds as well.

From 5th sem student become eligible for campus placement the name of the companies visited as like cognizant Wipro musicma Infosys JP Morgan etc . Mostly 80% of student get placed in our college My plans after getting the degree is to take MCA and after that I will sit for placement.

Remarks:

The eligibility of the course like it should be around 40 or above in the 12th standard. You can find the application form on the college website. In the admission process, you have to first give an interview to one of the teachers of the college and after that, they will approve and your name will be displayed on a website whether you are selected or not through that we can get admission to kristu Jayanti College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BBA because I always wanted to get into the field of management and also one thing about management is that it's versatile and can be utilised in various sectors. Faculty to student ratio - Our class size is 73 and the professors that come to our class are 4-6 depending on language courses and electives. The faculty for management is wonderful with professors with prior industry work experience and lots of degrees. No biasedness but the faculty really was unexpectedly good and everything they teach and do is commendable. We had an offline mid-term exam and also an online mid-term, with minor assessments in between, and at the end of the semester, we had our end-semester examination. The exams are generally variable depending on how you study the subjects. For me, the exam was pretty simple but also tough on the subjects with which I had no experience.

Remarks:

The minimum eligibility for the course was 40% in 12th/PUC. The application form, fees, and dates are all available on the college's official website during the time of admission in a systematic manner which makes it easy for potential applicants to assess the details they need.

Placement Experience:

Placement is provided by our campus. In that, most 80 percent of students get selected. The average salary offered by the company is around 4-7lpa. My plans after getting the degree are to do higher studies and then sit for placement.

Remarks:

You have to fill the application form and you should be having more than 40 to 60 percentage. After that they will take interviews based on that they will select students. You can get all the details through the KJC site (college site).
