Over all good if you have low marks in jee and want a government college

I am a CSE student in 3rd year. faculty members are okay. They will help you out if you have any help regarding subjects. They want their students to be regular in class. But one thing always irritates me is that they want students in their college to dress like school.

I choose this course to become a computer engineer. The student-faculty ratio is about 70:1 . The teaching method of the professors is very poor and just focuses on irrelevant assignments and files. They do focus on practical knowledge of the subject. The exams mostly were conducted late.
