Dum Dum Motijheel College B.Sc Courses Admissions 2023
Dum Dum Motijheel College offers three-year B.Sc Honors and B.Sc General in various disciplines. Candidates must have passed HSC along with the concerned subject of admission.
Selection to each UG course is on the basis of merit list, which is prepared by considering marks obtained by the candidate in the top four subjects in HSC.
Students will have to choose, any two subjects given in the subject combination along with Environmental Studies which is a compulsory subject.

- Girl students will not be admitted in B.Sc. General Course in morning section.
- Relaxation of 10% is given to SC/ ST candidates in aggregate percentage criteria and 5% relaxation is given in subject concerned.
- Students having passed H.S./ISC/CBSE level with less than five subjects are not eligible for admission.
- Those who have passed from correspondence courses will not be admitted.
Dum Dum Motijheel College BA Courses Admissions 2023
Dum Dum Motijheel College offers 3-years BA Honors and BA General Courses in various Specializations. Applicant must have passed HSC along with the concerned subject of admission to be eligible to apply.
For BA Honors courses, candidate has to select any two subjects from Group I, Group II and Group III as optional paper (general). For BA General Course a candidate has to select three subjects taking one from each group.
Selection to each UG course is on the basis of merit list. Merit list is drawn considering candidate’s marks in top four subjects in the qualifying exam i.e. HSC.

- No Science subjects i.e. Geography and Economics will be allowed along with Human Development.

- Fill the application form.
- Pay application fees of INR 200 either through online mode of payment or deposit the fees at any branch of ICICI Bank in West Bengal through cash only on presentation of Challan (Bank copy).
Scholarship
- The college provides free studentship to 10% of the total students and half fee-ship to another 10% of students.
- Students belonging to poor sections (BPL) and ST/SC sections are also granted scholarships.
Reservation
- 1% relaxation is given to students having certificates in district / state level sports / games.
- Seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B and physically challenged candidates according to government regulations.
