Pakuahat Degree College offers admission to the B.A honors under 8 specializations. Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) qualified students can apply for admission to the course.

Admission to the programme will be solely based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination.

Pakuahat Degree College B.A (Hons.) Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be passing in 10+2 from WBCHSE or any other equivalent board with English as a compulsory subject.
• The applicant should have scored 45% aggregate in all the subjects OR
• 40% aggregate along with 50% in the subject of specialization
• Whereas for SC/ST candidates, 40% aggregate in all the subjects or 35% aggregate in all subjects and 40% marks in the subject of specialization.

Pakuahat Degree College B.A (Hons.) Selection Criteria

• The candidates are selected on the basis of merit i.e. on the basis of marks scored 10+2 for all the under-graduate courses affiliated to University of Gour Banga.
• The merit list will be prepared as (Subject Opted for Specialization + Grand Total) / 6
