CEE was established in 1984 and is affiliated to Nehru Foundation for Development. It was awarded the Global CSR Excellence and Leadership Award in 2016 and Sir C.V. Raman Memorial award in 2014 in the field of Technology and Innovation. CEE offers M.Sc programme to students.

CEE Admissions

Admissions at CEE is based on the parameters released by the Institution every year. It can be merit-based or entrance based.

Candidates who want to have their careers in Environment Education can opt for courses here like M.Sc with specialization in parts of Environment Education and different short term certifications course.

Collaborative Programs are also run by the Institution with different Central as well as State Universities.

How to Apply?

Students who wish to apply for the courses in the CEE may follow the following steps for the admission process:

The application form is accepted through online or offline.
One living in a different city can contact the Institution for enquiring about the application.
Applicants should fill all the necessary details required with the passport size photographs.
After filling up the form, the student has to choose the desired course or programs in which the student wants to enrol.
The candidate has to pay the application fees after all the above processes.
Once the application fee is paid, the candidate has to keep the application for further reference.
In case of no entrance test, the candidate has to visit the campus for spot admission to the course with all the necessary documents (original and photocopies both).
The documents are verified and eligibility criteria are satisfied by the candidate, then the candidate can submit the course fee as much demanded.

CEE Placements

Placements at CEE is based on the demand of the Industry. Placement Cell at CEE handles all these procedures and helps students in settling as soon as the course gets completed.

Depends on Student Interest, some continue with the research and work on different programs run by CEE itself. Students even apply for placements depending upon their calibre.

Students join Internships at CEE and based on their performance, they get to work with CEE in their running programs and in workshops and campaigns.

CEE Facilities

Hostel, Auditorium and Seminar Rooms are available at CEE. One has to pay for these facilities on a daily basis. No yearly or monthly plan available.

The hostel has different charges for different persons. CEE Staff and NFD have to pay less as compared to other NGO’s. Guest Room charges also vary the same way.

The charges for Auditorium, Hostel, and Seminar Rooms are reasonable. The auditorium fills up around 245 seats with proper lighting and a full air conditioning facility. There is an additional charge for electricity. Seminar Rooms have around 70-80 capacity with options like AC and Non-AC. One can choose any of them by depositing a certain amount in advance. From 1 to 7 Board Rooms are available on an hourly basis.
