Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
Here per semester free around 27000 for the general and obc categories, if you belong to SC or ST category you have to give 600 rs less. And if you stay in a hostel you have to pay around 2500 per month, which varies from hostel to hostel but the maximum is 2500 per month. Colleges have Training and placement shells that help you to gat scholarships and placement.

The fee structure is the lowest as compared with any other engineering college or govt. colleges. You have to pay approx 26k per semester as a fee and 2300-2500 per month as a hostel mess fee. Scholarships are provided to needy students and to reserved section students so you can apply for scholarships too.

1st semester fees:34243. fees from 2nd semester to 8th semester:26943 so total fees including tution and hostel fees:222844,which is less from btech course point of view.placement here are ok ok type not very good not very bad.If you are considering placement then placement is good considering the marks based on which you are getting admission here.You can't expect 10 lpa job from civil branch if you have 150000 rank or 170000 rank in jee.

The fees of TU in the BTECH programme are not as high as any other engineering college. The fee per semester is approx 30 k. You will not feel the burden of fees while studying here. All facilities are provided for studying which is provided in other IIT, and NIT colleges. mess fees of 2500 per month are charged while you live in a hostel. scholarship opportunities are quite too much. government scholarships and other scholarships are provided by the university according to your family income. Many international internships are provided to students by teachers for a better experience. there is a separate council for internship and placement. campus placements are average in ME. Approx 70% of students get placements every year of a median salary of 6 lpa. many good companies visit every year for recruitment.

For the B.tech. courses the fees are 54000 INR per year which also includes the hostel charges. Only you had to pay extra 1500-2600 Rs for the mess facilities. Due to being a central university if you had a good marks in 10th and 12th you can avail scholarship on the the national scholarship portal for the different scholarship schemes launched by the central government. Students of Northeastern states also get extra scholarships for study. Campus placement are good for core branches like CSE and ECE ,other had an average rate.The average packages and rates are stated below CSE-5.9LPA and 90% ECE-4.9 LPA and 80% EE- 4-5 LPA and 40% CIVIL- 4.2LPA and 60% Mechanical- 4.3 LPA and 35%

Fee structure of this university is very financially feasible as it is a Central University. It cost only 35000 for B-Tech program for 1st semester and after it 26984 for all upcoming semesters. Usually there is no fee hike as it is a Central University. Normally scholarship is available for assam students only from University. But placement here is decent here with an average package of 4.9 lpa. For cse avg is 6 lpa with placement rate of 90% Civil=4.22 lpa. With placement rate of 60% Mechanical= 5.5 lpa. Placement rate of 35% Ece=4.93 lpa. Placement rate of 80% Electrical=4.71 lpa. Placement rate of 40% Fet=4.19 lpa placement rate of 32%
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
The fee is very minimal here. One can complete the B.Tech degree within 4 lakh including the mess fees and hostel fees. The rate of interest is very good here. You can expect a placement of 4 LPA average if you get circuital branch.

I had taken admission through JEE MAINS, The list of branches available here through JEE MAINS, B.Tech are Computer Science And Engineering, Electronic And Communication Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, And Technology. For taking admission in CSE here for the general category you need around 94-95 percentile in JEE MAINS. The campus is so beautiful, facilities are also very good here.

One has to appear in JEE exam and apply in JoSAA of CSAB counseling however only 40% of seats are filled through the All India quota and the rest 60% of seats are reserved for North East Quota students whose application generally gets released on the university website and the admission is done by University Administration only.

There are many options by which a student can take admission in this college like jee,by lateral entry in 2nd year.north east students are admitted on the basis of north east quota also in which low jee marks are required for admission through this mode.Also 40% seat are reserved for students from jee excluding north east quota while remaining 60% are reserved for north east quota students.If a student has low marks in jee due to which he is not getting nit then you must consider this over most of gfti.
