If you want to take admitted to any diploma course in Uttar Pradesh in a government college you should give an entrance exam. The entrance exam syllabus will be as you show your school qualification you can take admission after 10 and 12 both. The syllabus will be according to the 10 and 12 which you choose in the application form. The exam is conducted by the JEECUP. the exam will be 400 marks. I got 4000 ranks in Uttar Pradesh. And I got into a government college. I am not sure that a reservation is allowed in this exam because a seat is allotted on the basis of your entrance exam. Improvement in the admission process is not required but improvement is required in education. I
