BITSAT: This is the engineering entrance exam for the candidates who want to pursue their BTech from BITS PILANI. This seat for this exam is almost 2000.
JEE Main: This exam is conducted once a year. The examination is divided into two parts one is JEE main conducted this year(2023)conducted in 1-6th September at the preliminary level.
JEE ADVANCED: Soon after the results of JEE MAINS the candidates who have qualified can sit for this exam (advance) which decides the candidate’s entry into the prestigious IITs and NITs.
NCHMCT JEE: It consists of 200 MCQs of 200 marks .It is a 3 hour long exam which is divided into five sections which are Language, Numeral Ability, General Reasoning, Logical Deduction and Aptitude. The number of seats available for this exam is 8000+.It is conducted by National Testing Agency
SRMJEE: It is a similar examination for BE/BTech Degree exclusive to SRM University. This exam consists of five sections Physics, Maths, Chemistry, English, and Aptitude.

Course Curriculum Overview:

On the basis of the rank I got in JEE Mains, it was the most decent course. faculty: student ratio is good, there are more than enough faculty members. Faculty qualification is good but more work can be done on teaching methods. In a semester there are two minors, the best out of them is considered and one major(end semester) is there

Campus Life:

As UIET is in Panjab University, there are many fest which goes all over the year UIET also conduct 3-4 fests every year. There is the main library AC Joshi whic has availability of many books and journals, UIET library has all necessary books for engineering purpose.

Skill with Knowledge gives Success

Life on our campus is very beautiful, every faculty and every friend will speak politely and they are kindhearted overall it's better to opt for this college. The infrastructure provided is very good neat washrooms and toilets and reading rooms and libraries with digital access.

The Faculties are good and polite and support the students in every activity including curriculum activities and sports and other events like social activities. Overall faculties provide all-around development for every student. The semesters are taken on time.

The course curriculum is very good, and the teachers and faculty members are also very helpful though there is a shortage of permanent faculties. The level of semester exams is also good. And teachers are very attentive toward the students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The fees of JEC are very low as compared to other government colleges in MP, it is negligible for people from ST/SC categories. For the GEN category, the fee is 24k /year and there are different types of schemes available for every student.

Better college for the growth opportunities

At my college, each department hosts its own symposiums, but in my department, these events are especially noteworthy for their size and scale. With over 7000 participants from other colleges, our symposiums are an amazing opportunity to showcase our skills and connect with like-minded individuals. Another highlight of our college is the annual cultural extravaganza called Takshasila, which spans three incredible days of music, dance, and celebration.

I was drawn to the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. As someone who is passionate about staying ahead of the curve, I knew that this was the right choice for me. The instructors who teach my course are highly qualified, with the majority holding Ph.D. degrees. The average pass percentage in my batch is 80% for all papers.

Review of KLNCE

I choose this course since ECE is the only department where we can go both in core and software domains or fields. In our ECE department, the faculty-student ratio is approx 1:15. All the faculty are very well experienced around 15 to 20 years. The exams are conducted monthly.

In our college, the annual cultural day is celebrated in April month. Sports day is held in March. Our college frequently conducts many tech fests throughout the year, to develop the skill of the students. There are also many clubs present for the Students.

My perspective about my college

Jabalpur engineering college is a government college and fees for you four-year B.tech degree is 90,000 for general category and also various scholarships are also given to the students like Post metric scholarship and medhavi scholarship, so the conclusion is fees are affordable jabalpur engineering college.

Jabalpur engineering college is the oldest technical institute in central India and the 15th oldest technical institute in India, so the infrastructure of this is quite old. Various lab equipment is not working. Social life is very good in college if you are in a college hostel.

Initially, companies such as Cognizant, Infosys and many others came after which a few well-versed companies started coming such as Oracle. Cmr institute of Technology also has a tie-up with Heineken which has direct ties with Japanese companies so anyone interested in working in Japan can register for it.

Most of the scholarships are dedicated to people who belong to Karnataka. They get a 20k scholarship every year and apart from that there are alot of other scholarship programs which you can know of through the scholarship section in the accounts department.

My opinion

Social fests are conducted every year including ethnic day etc, there's a huge library with all essential books, the classrooms are really bigger and comfortable, all types of sports facilities are provided, social clubs like IEEE are also available

RIT Student review

UDBHAV is the annual fest that is conducted in college, CENTURION is the tech fest conducted by the college, all types of books are available in the library even online library is available by the institute, classes are in good condition with well furnished and ventilation and projectors are available, there is a gym in the college, sports club is there for college and annual sports are also conducted, there are many clubs in the college like NSS, DECA(department of extracurricular activities), and many technical clubs.

There is an increase of 7000 increase in fees from our senior batch to our batch, our college fees are 75000. There are many scholarships available to apply like ssp, nsp, and alumni scholarships of college, even though there are scholarships from private institutions for the whole college fees for good percentage / GPA.

A Life At DGGEC,Surat

I choosed the electronics and communication department. I don't get IT in surat so I go with the Ec. There is around 300 student are there in each department with the 12 faculties in each department. Qualification of ome are PHD while some of them is M.tech. Teaching method is great and in 3 month midsem exam and in 6 th month the Semester exam are there.

The fees are very as it is Government College which is around only 1500 tuition fees and 800 semester fees and that is it. The scholarship is the MYSY,National scholarship[ is provided to them. If you get Certain marks then you are eligible. For MYSY you have to get more than 80%.

Semester 7 students are eligible to apply for placements. There is one placement rule. If you are placed through college then you cannot apply for other companies through campus placement. Companies like Reliance Industries, Torrent, Adani, L&T, and TCS visit here. Also, the TCS training camp is held for 3rd-year students too. A lot of expert talk is held. For NCC cadets in Electrical engineering, there is a huge benefit. They get recruited in the Navy for 12lpa. There are students who serve in BSF too. The highest package is for Engg Officers in Army, Navy, and Air Force i.e 12lpa. For civilians, Reliance Industries offers 7.5 CTC. But still, the percentage of students getting placed is low. In my Dept this year only 10-11 students are placed 3 in reliance industries, 3 in Adani, 2 in E info chips, and 2 in TCS out of 75 total strength. I am placed in Reliance Industries so I will continue in New Energy Plant. And I am a passionate musician my voice has been on the air on radio stations in Surat. Also done playback.

Tech Fest is conducted every March - April month. Cultural Fest is also held in March April month after Tech fest. In my clg after COVID the cultural fest and tech fest was rebooted. But NCC is always active every 15th Aug and 26 Jan the flag hosting and Sword of honour is held. Proper training is given by senior cadets to junior cadets. Youth Fest is happening and students are winning. I went till audition round for GTU team in western Vocals. We also try to organise mini cultural in our clg and try to perform at every events like teachers day, independence day, cultural fest, etc. DJ party is also organised after Tech fest . Sports week is also held and students take part actively. Various sports are being played from athletics, football to swimming etc.

State College: Are they really worth your 4 years?

MTech students get stipends as per govt rules. Other assistance is also there like no tuition fee for girls and EWS students. SSIP is also there for startup and patent application. moreover they hiked 500 for extracurricular activities during pandemic which is odd considering there were no such events done during online classes.

Because ECE is an evergreen field. 1:50 faculties students ratio. The ratio is very bad this gives very less attention to students and loads on faculty. They should hire more dedicated faculty. Qualifications are only MTech, ME not even Ph.D. Exams are easy mostly depending on the faculty conducting exams.

Experience of 4 years in this college

Every year there are festivals celebrated and all types of feats like tech test and the cultural fest is celebrated where people can show their skills no matter whether it is technical or not. If you are a singer, you have a chance to show off your skills at cultural Festivals and you can dance and every skill can be shown.

As this college is managed by the government its fees are 1500INR per year and all facilities required are given which is the main benefit. You can also get many cultural festivals and all and for the students who don't leave near this college can have a hostel facility too.

The best was very much good compared to other colleges as I was taken only once a year availability of books in the library where also and also present the classrooms were not too much clean the sports and the other curricular activities were also taking place in the college apart from that other social activities were also run by the students and the faculty.

From the 7th sem, the students are eligible for campus placement and take part in various companies like einfochip for their work also came in the college the vdevops. The package offer was 4 lakh we can say that the placements got by the students for 75% of my plan after the degree is to complete my master's.

GOOD EXPERIENCE

The campus is well enough for studying, playing, activities, etc. and recent developments have made it more beautiful. The books are available in the library with ease. Also, the library has one app using which we can search for every book available in the library. Amenities such as washrooms, drinking water, etc are available in the department. Sports activities include badminton, swimming, table tennis, chess, volleyball, Cricket, etc, and sports week is held once in a year. There are many clubs ek Bharat Shresth Bharat,aac, and cultural societies for dancing, theatres, singing, etc. Coding clubs are also there Social media for different clubs is managed by the coordinator of clubs.

From the 7th sem onwards the student can apply for campus placements. Reliance, Adani, Essar, Torrent power, LNT, e-info chip. Aakash-Byjus, etc many companies visit our campus. They offer a quite good package i.e around 6-8 lakhs/annum. The highest package got by our peer mate ie.8 lakh/annum. As GET in Reliance New Energy. Only 30-40% of students get placed on campus. Many opt for higher studies. My plans after completion of my graduation are to appear for UPSC-CSE in 2024.

About the internship, I can say companies are started to give opportunities for internships plus jobs. Big companies like Reliance, Tata Consultancy, and many more local area companies of Surat are also available to have such a good opportunity to have such a good package of internship plus job.

There are electrical, Electronic and communication, civil, Mechanical, Environment, and Pharmacy departments. And the faculty have so friendly nature. About teaching, they have a good explanation and labs for practicals. The exams have been done on time and also things are really good here.
