Remarks :

Because I intend to pursue a career in photojournalism, I see the Medill School of Journalism as the Holy Grail of education. Offering the impressive intellectual and technical resources of a prestigious research university, Northwestern would provide me the confidence of knowing that I would be getting the most forward-focused education in journalism. The quarter system and Medill’s internship requirements create an ideal confluence for exactly that experience.Northwestern has a gorgeous location. When I visited the campus, I was smitten with Evanston’s cozy feel. Although I initially pictured myself in the heart of a city, Evanston eclipsed this vision. The small town environment is comforting without being limiting, offering plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops to explore. Meanwhile, Northwestern’s scenic lakeside location is the perfect retreat for studying or relaxing. Brimming with enthusiasm, Northwestern has infectious school spirit. Because I assume leaving home after eighteen years will be difficult, I count on school pride to bring me a sense of community and belonging. From the famed painted rock to the fountain spewing purple water, the robust loyalty to the university captures my heart. In short, Northwestern is my dream school because it embodies everything I value: journalism, incomparable internship opportunities, dance, and an inspiring atmosphere.

Campus Life :

College Events :

During the new admissions in college, a very interesting tour goes to Shimla for first year students and if the other students want to go they have to pay, because there's no fund taken by freshers. After that freshers party is to be organized. Then according to cultural festivals, almost all festivals are celebrated in Institute. Reboot is also organized for final year students.

Campus Life :

Extra curricular activities are also organized at each year like cricket, kushti, Kabaddi, football, chess, carrom board and some other indoor activities are also organized along with outdoor activities. There are different labs for example, chemistry lab, electrical and electronics lab , mechanics and fluids labs , computers lab for learning software.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is very feasible. And there's 100 percent scholarship scheme for SC / ST students which can't afford the fee. Thus, this college is so cooperative. Fee structure who can afford according to their economic power is that:- 47500 for each semester except miscellaneous charges.
