BUMAT 2023 Admit Card: Date (Soon), Exam Centers

BUMAT 2023 Admit Card is expected to be released in the 2nd ​week of June, 2023. Candidates will be able to download their hall ticket from the link communicated in the regisrered mail id candidates who have successfully completed their applcation. Since the admit card is a principal document for appearing in BUMAT entrance exam, any aspirant without it will not be allowed to sit for the exam. Candidate, after reaching the examination venue has to produce the admit card before the invigilator. The applicants will sit for the examination once her/his admit card is duly signed by the invigilator.

BVU (Bharati Vidyapeeth University) conducts the exam every year to admit eligible candidates into various undergraduate courses like BBA or BCA. This year, BUMAT 2023 will be conducted in the first week of July in offline mode.


BUMAT 2023 Admit Card: Important Dates

BUMAT 2023 admit card will be dispatched by post to the candidates under the certificate of posting prior to the exam dates. It is mandatory for candidates to carry the admit card to the exam venue as it is a ‘proof of registration’.

BUMAT admit card will be out in June 2023 and the exam will be held on June 18, 2023. Below is the table with tentative dates:

How to download BUMAT 2023 Admit Card

BUMAT 2023 admit card will be released as soon as the registration process is completed. The admit card will be issued by the conducting authority through post under the certificate of posing. Other than that, applicants can also download their respective admits cards from the official website of the university.

The applicants who are willing to download the admit card have to follow the steps given below:

  1. Go to the official website of either BVDU or IMED, Pune
  2. Enter the name of the course
  3. Use your registered Email-id as mentioned at the time of registration. The email-id is also termed as Username for login.
  4. Provide the password.
  5. Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  6. The admit card is ready to download. You can take print out of it or save it in your computer for future reference.

Details on Admit Card/Hall Ticket

It is recommended to the candidate to thoroughly check the details on admit card as soon as you receive it. Any kind of modification related to the exam time, date and venue will be clearly mentioned in BUMAT 2023 Admit Card. The details present on the admit card are as follows:

Discrepancy in Admit Card/Hall Ticket

It is essential for the candidates to carry the admit card on the exam day to the examination centre. In case, a candidate has not received the admit card he/she can contact the head offices of BVU located at the following places: New Delhi, Kolhapur, Navi Mumbai, Solapur, Pune, Sangli and Karad or

Applicants will be able to get the duplicate to admit card from the above-mentioned centres only one day before the exam. In order to get the duplicate to admit card, candidates need to produce two copies of the photos which are given at the time of registration in addition to the print out copy of the Application Form.

The candidate must not mutilate the admit card or change any entry made therein after it has been authenticated by the authorities.

The candidates are required to enter their choice of center at the appropriate place in the Application Form. For example, if the center in New Delhi then fill as 02.

The authorities of the Bharati Vidyapeeth University, however, reserve the change in center’s venue or schedule of BUMAT 2023.


Exam Day Instructions

These instructions are mentioned in the back of the admit card so that the candidates can abide by the rules and regulations of the test day thoroughly:

  • Candidates must report to the exam center at least 20 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
  • Applicants will not be allowed to sit for the entrance if they get late by 30 minutes or more.
  • Carry the admit card which will be validated after signature of the respective invigilator across the exam centers.
