How to Fill CEE AMPAI 2022 Application Form?

Before filling up CEE AMPAI 2022 Application form, Candidates must check the eligibility criteria of CEE AMPAI 2022. The two modes of application have been elaborated below for candidate’s reference.

ONLINE MODE

Steps to apply online for CEE AMPAI 2022 are given below:

Step 1: ONLINE Registration

• Click on link: "Apply online" at www.ampai.in
• Register at AMPAI website by providing your name and a valid email id at the "New Online Registration" section.
• A unique password shall be mailed to the email you have provided.

Step 2: Form Filling

• Candidates need to re-visit the official website and go to the login page.
• Click on "Existing Users Login" section and log in using email id and the password sent on email
• Enter all the details in the application form including personal and academic details.
• Upload scanned photograph and signature
• Submit the online application form of CEE AMPAI 2022.
• Candidates shall receive email intimation once the application form for CEE AMPAI 2022 has been successfully submitted.

Step 3: Fee Payment

• Candidates have to make a payment of INR 200 [Rupees Two Hundred only] by using net-banking/debit card/credit card.

Step 4

• Candidates are advised to save the online payment receipt generated after successful acceptance of the payment and keep it carefully in his/her possession.
• This receipt shall be required later at the time of counselling and admission.
• An SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number after successful completion of the online registration process.

OFFLINE MODE

• Candidates will have to visit the official site of CEE AMPAI 2022 and download a pdf copy of the Application form from the appropriate link.
• Candidates need to take a printout of the downloaded form
• Enter all the details in the application form including personal and academic details.
• Paste a photograph
• Application Fee of INR 200 has to be paid by DD in favour of “Association of Minority Professional Academic Institutes” or “AMPAI” payable at Kolkata.
• Candidates can submit the duly filled up CEE AMPAI 2022 Application Form along with the fee, either in person or by post to the following address: “AMPAI Office, Dwarka Building, 1st Floor, 7, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata-700 020, West Bengal”.
• An SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided by each candidate after receiving the Application Form.

Following documents are required to be enclosed along with CEE AMPAI 2022 offline Application Form:

• Completely and correctly filled the Application form
• Reservation Certificate (if applicable)
• Educational documents
• Demand Draft
• Other certification as claimed

• Online application form will have to be filled in a single sitting only. It cannot be partially filled and saved.
