The minimum eligibility criteria for MH CET Law 2023 exam is presented below:
General Eligibility for 3 and 5 year law course
- Nationality: Foreign/PIO/Indian/OCI are allowed to apply for the MAH LAW CET 2023.
- Age Limit: No age limit is decided.
- Appearing Candidates: The candidates studying in the final year of their qualifying exam can give the exam.
For MH CET Law 3 Year Program:
- Qualification: Students must obtain a Graduation or Postgraduate degree from any recognized University.
- Marks Criteria: Students must have obtained at least 45% Marks in the qualifying examination to give the MH CET Law exam. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories can apply with 40% marks.
For MH CET Law 5 Year Program:
- Qualification: Candidates appearing in the exam must have completed 12Tth from any recognized Board.
- Marks Criteria: Candidates with lesser than 50% Marks in the qualifying examination will not be considered eligible, they need to get at least 50% marks to give the MH CET exam. However, candidates belonging to reserved category can allow even with 45% marks as well.
