How to Fill SRM JEEM 2023 Application Form?

SRM JEEM 2023 Application Form can be filled both online and offline. The steps to the same are given below:

Online Method:

Step 1: Registration

1. Visit the official website applications.srmist.edu.in.
2. Click on Apply online
3. Register with your name, a valid email ID and phone number.
4. A verification mail will be sent to the registered email id. Click on the link provided in the mail.

Step 2: Filling the Application Form

1. Provide the following details asked in the form:

   • Preferences and Personal Details: Select the programme and the campus,  Exam city. Fill in the personal details- name, contact number, email address, date of birth, PwD status and Aadhaar Card number.

   • Details of the parents: Parents’ name, mobile number, email address, occupation  and designation.     

   • Address For Communication: Mention the country, state, district, city and correspondence address

   • Academic Details: Marks scored in Class X, XII, and Graduation, Year of passing, Board/ University studied in.

Step 3: Payment of Application Fee

1. Application fee of 1100 INR can be paid online using Debit/Credit card/Net banking or offline through a Demad Draft.

2. For paying the application fee through DD, the applicant must  draw a DD of Rs. 1100 in favor of SRMIST, payable at Chennai. The DD along with the print out of Application Form must be sent to the following address.

Step 4- Uploading the Documents

Candidates are required to upload the self attested scanned copies of the following documents-

• Class 10th mark sheet and class 12th mark sheet
• Passport sized photograph of dimension 200 x 230 pixels in .jpg format
• Signature of the candidates of dimension 140 x 60 pixels in .jpg format

After successful submission of the application form, an application number will be generated. Save that number for future reference and communications.

Offline Method:

• SRMJEEM 2023 application form can be purchased for INR 1160.
• Students must visit the office to gain clarity about the purchase of the application form.
• Steps to fill the application form in offline mode:
  1. Purchase the SRM JEEM 2023 Application Form and prospectus from the SRM University campus.
  2. Fill all the details as asked in the form.
  3. Attach the photocopies of the academic records as it is required.
  4. Get a DD prepared in favour of SRM University campus, Chennai.
  5. Send the form and DD at the following address:
