UBTER JEEP 2023 Merit List
Merit list is prepared by the UBTER Authorities. After the declaration of the result, merit list will be prepared. On the basis of student’s score in the entrance exam, they will be ranked in the merit list. Only those students will get admission whose ranks are present in the merit list.
Following is the tie-breaking criteria according to which UBTER JEEP 2023 Merit List will be prepared:
- If more than one candidate secures same marks in the entrance exam, then the merit list will be prepared by the total marks secured by both the candidates in the qualifying examination.
- If there is a subsequent tie, then the total marks obtained in Section – A, Section –B, Section – C, Section – D in the qualifying examination will be considered.
- If there is also further tie, then it will be broken by draw of lot by Chairman of Selection Committee.

UBTER JEEP 2023 Counselling
UBTER JEEP 2023 counselling will be conducted only for the qualifying candidates. For appearing in the counselling, all the interested candidates have to register for it. The registration is done through the online mode only. The counselling starts in the 2nd week of September 2023.
On the basis of students rank in the merit list, they will be shortlisted for counselling process. There is no need to submit any counselling fees to appear in the counselling process. The counselling will be conducted in two rounds.

Report at the allocated Institute
After the seat allotment, students have to report to the allotted institution along with all the documents. Students have to report within the specified time to confirm their seats. Otherwise, the seat will be allocated to another candidate.
