UPCET (UPSEE) 2022 Result is expected to be declared in the 3rd week of July 2022 on the official website. The result is released online on the official website. How to Calculate UPCET 2022 Scores?
Candidates will be awarded four marks for each correct answer. No negative marking for unanswered/ unattempted answers. There will be no provision of negative marking for unattempted questions in UPCET 2022. However, Authorities will keep a record of incorrect answers given by a candidate separately.
UPSEE Aspirants must note that the entrance examination will contain Objective type i.e. Multiple types of questions (MCQs). Candidates have to select only one choice for the correct answer in a given question. Those who mark more than one answer will not be given any marks for that question.

How to Raise Objections against UPCET Answer Key 2022?
According to the details provided by the exam authority, candidates have been granted an opportunity to raise objections to the UPCET 2022 Provisional Answer Key.
The notification provided along with UPSEE Answer Key 2022 reads "In the event of any grievance, it must be reported to upseegrievance@aktu.ac.in along with Students Roll No, Paper Code, Question Booklet Code, Question No. and suggested to respond with supporting documents on or before 25.09.2021, 5:00 PM (tentatively)"

UPCET 2022 Merit List
Separate UPCET 2022 Merit lists will be prepared for each course, based on the performance of the candidates in the entrance examination. The merit lists are expected to be out soon (after the declaration of results). Only those applicants whose names are present in the merit list will be allowed to participate in the UPSEE counselling session of the admission procedure.
Features of UPSEE Merit List 2022:
- Names of the selected candidates for the counselling session will be listed in the released UPCET 2022 Merit List.
- Ranks of the candidates will also be mentioned on the merit list.
- Ranks obtained by candidates will be based on their secured scores in the entrance examination and their fulfilment of eligibility criteria
- For each category, a separate merit list will be prepared.
- The merit list will be available online on the official website and will be prepared and released by the admission committee of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
Inter-se-merit Rule (Tie-Break)
The higher the marks obtained by the candidate, the lower will be the rank in the merit list. In case, two or more candidates get the same marks in UPCET (UPSEE) 2022 Score Card, the following guidelines will be followed:
- Firstly, the number of incorrect answers given. A candidate giving a lesser number of incorrect answers will be placed at higher merit.
- Secondly,
- B.Tech./B.Des./ MCA(Integrated): By the marks obtained in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry sections of Paper 1 respectively and then by age.
- B.Pharm.: By marks obtained in Biology, Chemistry, Physics sections of Paper 2 respectively and then by age.
- B.Arch. /: By marks obtained in Drawing Aptitude, Mathematics & Aesthetics sensitivity section of Paper 4 respectively and then by age.
- B.Tech. (Ag. Engg.): By marks obtained in AG-I, AG-II, AG-III section of Paper 3 respectively and then by age.
- B.Tech (Bio-Technology): Same as applicable in BTech/ BPharm
- BHMCT/BFAD/BFA/ MBA/MBA(Integrated)/ MCA/Lateral entry: By age only
- Thirdly, by the application number, the lowest application number will be placed at higher in the merit.
UPCET 2022 Cut off
- As per the UP Govt. order, the cut-off percentage of marks in UPCET 2022 for the merit of successful candidates is 25% for General category students. While it is 20% for SC/ST category students.
- UPCET (UPSEE) 2022 Cut off is the minimum marks/percentage of marks a candidate must score to get admission in various courses that will be offered in various colleges in UP.
- Mostly, the cut off lists are prepared for engineering courses only as the number of candidates who have applied for UPSEE admissions in various engineering courses exceed the total number of seats. Therefore, only those candidates who meet the cut off will be eligible for UPCET 2022 Counselling process for admission to engineering courses.
