Eligibility criterion for YVUCET 2022 is as laid down by Yogi Vemana University. Individuals must ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements set by the university before applying for the entrance exam.
Applications of participants who are not eligible may be rejected. The various criteria for appearing in the exam are as stated as follows:
Nationality
- Candidates who are local to one or the other University areas of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana state are eligible to apply for the exam. Students who are citizens of India are also eligible for YVUCET 2022 under the 5% quota of National Integration.
- Foreign nationals/ NRIs will be admitted without appearing for the entrance exam provided they fulfill the required eligibility criteria.
Educational Qualification
UG Courses:
- For securing admission in the UG programs, individuals must obtain at least 55% marks (50% aggregate for reserved category and PwD candidates) in the qualifying exam of 10+2 or equivalent level. They should have opted for compulsory subjects as required by the course they wish to pursue.
PG Courses:
- Students must have secured at least 50% aggregate (45% marks for reserved category and PwD candidates) in the qualifying exam of the respective Bachelor’s degree.

YVUCET 2022 Application forms is available on the official website www.yvudoa.org. The application forms can be submitted only through the online mode. Individuals must apply for the test by paying the prescribed application fees to appear for the test.
YVUCET 2022 application process comprises of 4 main steps- Registration, Payment of Fees, Filling of Application Form and Uploading Documents.
Pre-requisites for filling YVUCET 2022 Application Form:
- Valid mobile number and email ID
- Class 10th Mark sheet and 12th Mark sheet
- Mark memos of all the semesters of Graduation Degree
- Scanned images of Photograph and Signature in required format.
Students may refer to the steps that are mentioned below while filling the application form:
Step 1: Registration
- Log on to the official website and download the prospectus. Read all the eligibility norms.
- Next, click on the link ‘Apply for YVUCET 2022’ to start the online registration process.
- Applicants will be required to provide their name, address, valid email ID, mobile number and other details for the purpose of registration.
- After verifying the details, click on ‘Submit’.
Step 2: Payment of Application Fees
- Each student must pay the non-refundable YVUCET 2022 application fees. The fees can be paid through the online mode only. Individuals can pay the fees using Debit/ Credit card or SBI Payment Gateway.
- The application fees for all UG, PG and Integrated courses are INR 500 for students belonging to all categories. If aspirants fail to fill the application form within the stipulated time, a late fee of INR 500 will be charged in addition to the regular fee.
- They should enter the required payment details on the bank page, save the receipt of transaction as proof of payment of fees and print it out.
- Incase aspirants pay the fees via SBI Payment Gateway, the DOA Account number of the University is 35646731595.
Step 3: Filling of Application Form
- The application form will appear on the screen only after successful transaction of the fees.
- Individuals will have to login using their Aadhar number and mobile number. They must then fill up personal details (name, gender, date of birth, category, etc.), qualification details and communication details (address, email ID and mobile number).
- Check all the details and click on ‘Proceed’.
Step 4: Uploading Images and Documents
- Applicants must upload scanned images of their recent, colored, passport sized photograph and signature.
- The size of the scanned copies of photograph and signature files should be within 150 KB and it should be in .jpeg/ .jpg format.
- Select the ‘Preview’ button to confirm all the details. If a student wants to make any correction, press the ‘Back’ button and edit the data.
- Press the ‘Save & Print’ to complete the application process. Individuals should note that it is not possible to modify any data after this stage.
- On completing all the above steps, a confirmation page will be generated. Participants must take 2 print outs of this page for future correspondence.

Ques: Are candidates required to send the hard copy of the YVUCET 2022 application form and necessary documents by post to the organizing body?
Ans. No. Aspirants will not be required to send the application form or any other documents and certificates by post to the Yogi Vemana University.
They will only have to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature while applying for the exam. The documents will be required only at the time of counselling and admission process.
Ques: Can students apply for multiple courses by using the same application form?
Ans. No. Participants cannot apply for more than a course by submitting a single application form. However, they will be able to submit multiple forms if they wish to apply for more than 1 course and will also have to pay the fee for each application separately.
Ques: After the successful transaction of the requisite application fees, can the application be cancelled and a request for a refund be generated?
Ans. No. Candidates must note that the application fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. The University will not entertain any request for the same.
Ques: After submission of YVUCET 2022 application form, am I permitted to make any alterations in the information provided in the application form?
Ans. No. The details entered in the application forms once submitted cannot be edited. The forms can be modified only till the stage of uploading the required documents. It cannot be altered once student saves and prints the form. Hence, aspirants must be careful while filling up the application form.
