HCL TechBee

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must have Mathematics / Business Mathematics as a subject in Class XII / Intermediate education.
• Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 60% in Mathematics/ Business Mathematics in class XII.
• The year of passing 12th class will not be later than the current year or 1 year before the Tech Bee year Batch for which the candidate has applied i.e. 2019, 2020 & 2021 pass-outs are only eligible to apply!
• In case of 2 mark sheets (original and Improvement) being produced by the candidate for the same class i.e. Class 12th, all subjects with the latest marks will be considered for calculating percentage or above irrespective of any board recommendations.
• Candidate must be a resident of India who has successfully cleared their class 12th board exams in 2021, 2020 & 2019.
• Financial assistance is arranged in a way that there is no financial burden on parents or students.
• Candidates get 100% program fee waiver if they score 90% and above during training and 50% fee waiver if they score between 85-90% during training.

Note: The training for the program is currently available at Noida, Lucknow, Nagpur, Chennai, Hyderabad, Madurai, and Vijayawada.

Program Highlights:

• TechBee candidates earn a stipend of INR 10,000 during the on-the-job training period
• Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will begin working as a full-time Associate or IT Services professional with a starting salary of INR 1.70 – 2.20 lakhs per annum respectively.
• Candidate can start their career in entry-level roles such as Software Engineer, Infrastructure Management, Testing or a Design Engineer or Digital Process Operations at HCL offices pan India.

• HCL has collaborated with BITS Pilani to offer higher employability programs to HCL TechBee scholars. These include B.Sc. (Design & Computing), M.Sc., and M. Tech. Classes for these programs will be conducted at HCL Campuses and the fee for the program is partially funded by HCL
