We strongly believe in conveying knowledge using the most effective techniques, and faculty must be highly skilled, trained, and knowledgeable in their respective areas. Therefore, encouraging faculty to advance their skills and expand their knowledge through research and innovation. We conduct regular seminars, workshops, and conferences for our faculty and students to keep them aware of the most recent technological advancements in particular academic curriculums.

Apart from other traditional courses, Computer science engineering and some new outfits like Artificial Intelligence are a growing force in the technology industry. It is center stage at conferences and shows potential across several industries. Companies like Google, Microsoft, and Salesforce are advancing into a new technological era by integrating artificial intelligence.

We assess the potential business and financial value by knowing the tech and business process before launching a new tool using virtual assistants. We recommend e-resources, remote workshops, and online courses to the students.

What challenges did you face while implementing the new program into your curriculum?

We employ problem-solving, creative thinking, and critical data analysis to implement new courses. Firstly, we develop a sense of familiarity with the curriculum in the students. During our implementation phase, we are prepared to unlearn, learn and relearn. Also, we collect information about the new program through preparatory groundwork. Also, facilitating and feedback help students figure out and understand themselves. 

We designed a competency-based curriculum that allows students to master and demonstrate competency in various tasks and skills. The best part of this curriculum is that it is adaptable to their changing environment and is student-centered. Our institution faces the challenges of acquiring a competency-based curriculum that we aim to overcome through the education model.
