Indian agriculture needs a highly competent human resource. GD Goenka University has established the School of Agriculture to create trained and highly competent human resource in the field of Agriculture. GD Goenka University’s School of Agriculture through a MoU signed with the Agriculture Development Trust, Baramati, Pune, stands to benefit immensely from the vast expertise of the College of Agriculture, Baramati which it has built upon through years of hard work and an unparalleled dedication to agriculture knowledge dissipation. This MoU will facilitate students of GD Goenka University to spend a semester at Baramati and learn from the Kisan Vikas Kendra (KVK), which is one of the best KVKs in India. This MoU will also facilitate the visit of GD Goenka students to AIT Bangkok and VHL Netherland.

The MoU between GD Goenka University and College Of Agriculture, Baramati, was signed on 18th August 2018. Mr. Rajender Pawar, Chairman of the Agriculture Development Trust exchanged the MoU with Mr. Nipun Goenka, MD of GD Goenka Group.
