What is your philosophy of leadership?

“To be a leader who clearly communicates with all stakeholders and motivates them”

My educational philosophy of leadership is to develop a positive culture that students, staff, and faculty members race to be a part of. If the bookends of my philosophy are cultivating a positive culture, the contents within are how to sustain it. I aim to passionately implement the key components for creating a positive learning culture within the university.

How does the curriculum of Invertis University ensure the best practice of industry?

The curriculum of all the programs has embedded regular laboratory classes and the projects, as per the requirement. The structure of the curriculum in all programs follows the pattern of Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). The courses are offered under

As an educational administrator, my responsibility is to build relationships with all stakeholders, discover and play to the strengths of faculty members. Also, build leadership capacity by empowering students and educators to embrace an innovator’s mindset. In my role as Dean, I am responsible for providing top quality and effective student services.
