Dr. Anand Poddar is the Chairman of the Poddar Group of Institutions. He did B.Pharma, MBA, PGDMM, and D.Litt from the University of South America. He has 22 years of experience in Teaching, Research, Administration, and Senior Management. Moreover, he is an active member of CII, FORTI, Rajasthan Society for Rational Use of Drugs, All India Vaish Federation, and ISKCON. He got an award with Shiksha Bharati Puruskar from AIAF N. Delhi, ASSOCHAM India National education excellence awards, and Outstanding Secretary Award. Dr. Poddar has published several books on Advanced Biotechnology, Entrepreneurship, Industrial Economics, and Management along with a booklet on Pharma sales, Marketing, and Hospitality.

What are the prime factors that connect you with the education sector?

“To make the lives of youth better and contribute to the growth of society”

My Passion is making the lives of youth better and contributing to societies for the Nation’s growth. I am actively involved in the development of students, academic programs, and curriculum. I like to develop an understanding of additional programs, courses, and certifications required by the industry. It ensures students get what they need in the industry. Furthermore, the planning bodies keep up the quality assurance, develop and maintain regulations. It makes policies like AICTE and UGC, chamber of commerce, and business associations. 

What is your leadership philosophy?

“Plan an education with a purpose for students, teachers, and Nation”

I had a motto of “Education with a Purpose”. It assisted me in cultivating qualities such as foresight and vision. My philosophy of leadership is to analyze, plan and execute best for students, teachers, society, and the nation. We face challenges to be innovative in multiple fields. I always believe in leadership and leading through examples. Developing a conducive culture, analyzing growth opportunities, and understanding the aspirations of students are necessary parts. Other parts include creating a supportive environment, looking at chances for growth, and comprehending pupils' ambitions.

How do you implement programs for marketing and administration in the Poddar Group of Institutions?

“Provide a conducive environment for growth and creativity of pupils”

I maintain regular close contact with recognized experts across a range of fields. It enables me to maintain a close eye on current events and parent and student requirements. In addition, I evaluate, plan, and carry out. The administration values talent development and discipline. It offers a setting that fosters kids' development and creativity. Nonetheless, it helps to keep student welfare in the middle and contributes to it.
