We build a positive college culture by building interactive Teacher-parent involvement, boosting achievements and good behavior of students and teachers, laying out norms and values and creating a good human, maintaining discipline on campus and promoting students’ participation in co-curricular and innovative activities

How do you prepare your student to cope with the competition being so high in the outside world?

We prepare our students for competition through various add–on courses and activities. We organize mock-interview and job fairs to acquaint and compete with students in the professional world. We also conduct special classes on competition, soft skills, personality grooming, stress management, and confidence-building.

We have various active cells for enhancing the students’ skills, like NSS, Women’s Cell, Cultural Club, Literary Club, Digimark Club, Placement Cells, etc.

What are the challenges you faced/ are facing to uplift the quality of education in your department?

Nowadays information and technology have become a necessary evil for gathering factual knowledge for learning. Students get distracted by biased information provided on the internet and unknowingly follow inappropriate/misleading content. Certain real challenges in the Indian education system are the unavailability of funds, lack of continuous monitoring and implementation of the academic plan framed by educators, the improper accomplishment of teaching and learning through ICT, etc.

What are the interventions and approaches you bring in apart from the curriculum to train/teach the students?

In addition to academics, we ensure students are aware of their responsibilities and duties towards society and nature. The most important aspect of our institute is that we promote value-based education. We believe that students should handle environmental issues and gender sensitivity problems and have respect and obligation towards the elders.
