We are offering certification courses like digital marketing, budgeting, personal finance, HR operations, Project Management, python, R software, etc for pupils. These courses develop specific skill set required for students to outperform.

“Concentrate on developing the skills of students practically from all courses”

All programs will concentrate more on developing particular skills through practice. Our teaching methodology is based on teaching, role play, and storytelling. Apart from these, we focus on relevant and suitable activities according to the topic to students. 


What will you say are the best practices in the course you’re offering?

“Case studies, mock recruitments, and role plays are provided to pupils”

We give priority to our learning through case studies, mock recruitments, role plays ,etc. Also, the learning through tools like SEO, SEM or usage of software like Tally, R, Python, ERPs etc are provided to pupils.

“FDPs, training and other activities delivered to faculties to improve their skills”

Our faculties would go through a rigorous training in the same aspect through Faculty Development Programs and Management Development programs. They also get certified before they offer south programs. So, they can ace in the program before actually delivering it to students. Also, we have very enthusiastic faculties who are always working towards continuous improvement, and dedication to learn something new.

“Provide industry expert sessions, practical classes and industry visits along with our programs”

We invite industry experts to deliver 1 or 2 sessions in these programs. So, students can connect with the industry individuals and listen to the real cases happening in the industry. We experts’ companies for practical exposure. This also helps us to overcome the gap between industry and academia. 


What were the challenges that you faced while inculcating a program to your curriculum?

“To develop interest among students and constraints on resources are great challenges”

One of the most challenging parts is to develop interest among the students. They can take up these courses and sometimes we face some constraints on resources as well. Involvement of the right industry expert for our timeline would be challenging in some instances.

“Recruitment, sourcing applicants, social media networks and more projects are worked by pupils”

We provide a particular course like Recruitment and Selection certification courses. Students work on recruitment, sourcing applicants, posting jobs through portals and social media networks, preparing Job Description projects in the final semester.
