What is your philosophy of leadership?

"A good leader knows how to transform ideas into reality"

I believe that leadership quality doesn't come automatically, but you can develop it over a period of time through hard work, dedication and determination to fulfill your goals. A leader always has a vision before starting any task and a complete roadmap to complete the same. A good leader also knows how to encourage others to meet goals. Hence I have adopted a transformational leadership style which is truly an amalgamation of the best attributes.

How does the curriculum of your college ensure the best practices of industry?

"We first analyze the outcomes of learning and then include new programs in it"

Curriculum of our college provides teachers, students and administrators with a measurable plan and structure for delivering a quality education. We first identify the learning outcomes and then proceed to develop appropriate standards and core competencies in students before enhancing their existing knowledge and skills.

How is your university more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

"We cherish the diversity of our students by listening their stories from them"

We encourage every single student to do a thorough research about their background and then ask them to share the same with us and their classmates. The main aim behind this unique practice is to foster the true relationship between students and between students and teachers.

"Set practical goals for yourself and remain curious to learn new things"

I would like to advise my students to have a curious and open mind, offer services beyond learning, set realistic expectations and celebrate when they are met. Also verbalize and visualize your intentions and never get disappointed if you failed in something, because those failures will teach you the real meaning of success and hard work.

How do you establish a healthy relationship and environment in your institute?

"By ensuring a transparent environment for exchange of ideas and support for everyone"

To have a cordial relationship with everyone, I maintain healthy boundaries from the start. Ensuring my presence and support as and when required, showing true respect and honesty are some of the other practices which I generally follow. Lastly, I provide freedom to everyone to respectfully challenge, confront and strengthen one another.
