Dr. Aradhana Chouksey is working as an Academic Director at SDPS College. She was former Principal of Bansal Institute of Research & Technology, Bhopal. She has done Ph.D. in Management and MBA in Finance. She is a certified Entrepreneurship Educator from the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and has exemplary knowledge of all aspects of entrepreneurship. She has 20+ years of teaching experience in India and Japan. Her areas of interest are microfinance and entrepreneurship. She has published several research papers in various national and international repute journals. She has won many awards at the national and local levels for the promotion of entrepreneurship. She has been in entrepreneurship education and promotion of entrepreneurship among students, Women Self help groups and Joint Liability Groups. since 2002. Presently, she is the mentor of many ventures and promoter of Organic DNA.

What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“My obsession for entrepreneurialism keeps me associated with education field”

The key factor which keeps me connected with the education sector is my passion for the promotion of entrepreneurship. Since 2002, I am consistently contributing to entrepreneurship education and its promotion among students, women's self-help groups and joint liability groups and won many awards at the national level and local level for the promotion of entrepreneurship. 

What is your leadership philosophy? 

“Leadership is nothing but an art of working and growing together”

Being an Academic Director, I strongly believe in the collaborative approach. Our courses require a high level of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking that’s why we enhance and consistently build a culture of innovation, intellectual stimulation, case-by-case consideration and improvement and a shared sense of purpose.

How do you strategize the key programs for the marketing and administration of your institute?

“We use social media handles to enhance our reach”

Strategies of key programs are laid down as per requirements and we have adopted very innovative ways to reach our target students. Primarily we use digital media and several online modes for administration and to expand our reach to more and more students. And the entry of students is based on merit and we conduct entrance tests and on the basis of merit, students are selected for admission.
