Impact College Director: Mr. Manish Kumar Interview

Mr. Manish Kumar is the Director at Impact College Bihar. He did his Graduation in Business Management & Masters in Business Management with specialization in Human Resources. As an Alumni of Imperial College, London he has international global exposure. After working in several corporate companies, he started the IMPACT group of institutions to take the first step towards being an entrepreneur and to work with his father’s dream project on Education in Bihar. He is a risk taker in nature and is full of entrepreneurial spirits.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“I believe in motivating employees and inspiring them to embed inclusive growth”

Leadership is about the ability to lead from the front and every decision taken should reflect collective interest. My philosophy is to welcome constructive criticism & turn it into optimistic notes.

My roles and responsibilities as director of College are to ensure quality education and placement of students in well known organizations. My efforts are to help Bihar in its educational revolution.
