The art club – MERAKI strongly believes that art is not about acquiring skills, it’s all about one’s creativity and imagination, and with this belief it visions to bring out the inner artist in every person.

A one-day canvas painting workshop was organized on 20th February 2019, with an aim to bring out the hidden creativity and art of each and every person. The venue was artistically decorated using origami skills. The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation of 75 art enthusiast students as well as few faculty members who were mentored by artist Mr. Sabir Khan who taught various techniques effective for canvas painting.

Canvas boards were also provided to participants to embellish their imagination. Magnificent canvases painted with themes ranging from nature to modern art were viewed by administrative staff, faculty members as well as students. A handmade bouquet, painting and souvenir were presented to the guest speaker as a token of love and appreciation.
