What is your philosophy of leadership?

“To work along with the team to achieve the goal and fulfil a shared vision”

We emphasize transformational leadership, rather than directional leadership. The main aim is to establish new trends, introduce innovative training methodologies, and guide our students towards success.

How does the curriculum of KSBA ensure the best practice of the industry?

“By benchmarking the industry standards and collaborating with them”

We provide our students with the knowledge and scales currently used in the industry and academia. We organize industrial trips, guest lectures, workshops, seminars, and hackathons in association with top industry leaders.

What do you think should be the Institute’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“Developing great infrastructure and enhancing the level of education”

Institute’s top priority would be to provide the best in class and updated education to our students. We also aim to create an excellent alumni base, and that is only possible if we provide the best possible facilities to our existing batch of students. Other priorities include building better infrastructure, recruiting and retaining qualified faculty and bringing better placement opportunities for students.

How do you tend to establish healthy relations with the students and fellow faculty?

“I encourage everyone to share creative ideas while brainstorming and benefit the organization”

As a leader, I praise and value my student’s efforts and hard work which helps to motivate them for further tasks. Also, I interact with them in affirming, positive and equitable ways so they can likely approach learning with a positive attitude. Providing positive comments when necessary, is also important while interacting with faculty and students.

Does the college organize any extracurricular activities to allow the holistic growth of students?

“Cultural fests and technical events are conducted regularly for a balanced academic life”

Yes, we always encourage our students to take part in inter-college and inter-university activities. These include youth festivals, academic and non-academic competitions, quizzes, debates, etc. This helps students discover their hidden talents and interests. We also invite students from other campuses and colleges for collaborative events.

How do you guide your students to survive in such a competitive scenario?

“Increased focus on skill-based courses and imparting behavioural education is a must”

We continuously motivate our students to enhance their knowledge and skills. The best way to thrive in the current age is by having a positive attitude and giving priority to comprehensive education.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth?

“The youth must utilize their power of education for the upliftment of society and our country”

Our young population is responsible for bringing social reform to the country. The assurance, devotion, and vitality with which youth works, make them the ablest resident of the nation. A country creates consistency when the young people of the country get excellent training with abundant openings for work. We should realize that they are the influential pioneers of our country in the future.
