As a Principal of the college, I believe that we play a pivotal role in affecting the climate, attitude and reputation of our institute. With effective leadership qualities institutes can become incubators of learning places where students are not only educated but challenged, nurtured and encouraged to do their best. And, if I talk about my ways of working, then I am an active team leader who knows how to respect the self-esteem of others. I believe in delegating tasks and taking the lead on projects. But I also like to stay involved and inspire my team by sharing that I am working hand-on to help them too.

"By collecting feedback and suggestions from everyone before finalizing any action plan"

We consult with everyone from management to faculty members and students before making any big decision with respect to marketing of the institute. Any suggestions which you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?

"Keep adding new skills in your bucket and stay updated with latest technological development"

I firmly believe that our youths and students should develop a diverse range of skills so that they can apply the gathered knowledge to develop products that can meet the unpredictable demands of our social and economic landscape and can benefit the society and nation as a whole. Fast technological developments are transforming the world of work and in near future millions of jobs around the globe will go unfilled due to unavailability of skilled people. Hence I would suggest to them to strengthen their communication, critical thinking, teamwork and leadership skills. Keep your fundamentals clear in your mind and define very clear and practical goals for yourself. Don't hesitate to ask questions because success comes to those who perform actions.
