How is ICFAI Hyderabad IBS?
The reputation of ICFAI has declined over the years. Previously, it was known for its MBA program, but its reputation was tarnished by affiliation issues for its B.Tech course. Some B.Tech campuses in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Jaipur, etc. had to be shut down due to a student strike that lasted for nearly a semester, and the non-affiliated B.Tech program run in these campuses. This negative publicity also negatively impacted its MBA program.
It is unclear to what extent the college has recovered since then. It is recommended that you consider colleges with a better track record. With a 98 percentile score, you may also be able to score well in other exams. Additionally, the fees charged by ICFAI, along with the investment of two years in the degree, make it a significant investment. So, it is advised that you consider other options.

One of my cousins is a student of the institute and has no complaints regarding it. The campus is well-structured and has a stress-free ambience as well. The professors are both well-experienced and helpful. The library and labs in the institute are well maintained and have separated study rooms.

Infrastructure:
The hostels in IBS are well-maintained. You will be provided with a shared four-bedroom apartment, which comprises a kitchen, balcony, and a living room with a common washroom. It also has attached washrooms in separate bedrooms and a utility space as well.
Security:
Speaking of the security of the institute, IBS has many security guards that tend to work hard for the safety of all on the campus.
Canteen and Others Facilities (Messes, Hospitals, etc):
The one main upside to IBS is that there is a night canteen facility that generally delivers food to several hostel rooms when asked for. There are also similar options regarding the housekeeping, and laundry in the institute as well.
There are two separate messes where there are provisions of South Indian Food and North Indian Food respectively. The student is asked which one to avail during admission itself.
There is a hospital within IBS where doctors are available all day. It has an ambulance facility as well.
Sports:
You can avail sports facilities like a basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court, swimming pool, tennis court, football court and several others. You can run a check on the same.
