Which one should I prefer, an ECE in VIT (Vellore) or a CSE at Amrita University (Amritapuri)?

Having friends pursuing both CSE and ECE, I can say that both are equally good and are subjects in high demand. You can easily secure a good job in a corporate house, being an ECE or CSE graduate. Here are some facts I would like to mention:

• An electrical engineer can make use of their command over the low-level computer programming languages to make the computers perform their commands.
• A computer engineer can make use of his command over the high-level computer programming languages to make the computers perform their commands.
• There is no differentiation between electrical engineering and communication engineering in the tech world.
• By learning two chapters of communication devices, students shall not become electrical and communication engineers.
• All kinds of Indian electronics engineering students in India should follow the GATE/ IES ECE syllabus to be able to compete in some exams to become electronics engineer in the government sector.

Due to the higher demand of CSE graduates, It is suggested that you choose CSE at Amrita University. ECE is also a promising subject, but most students end up working in IT firms rather than the core ECE jobs.
