Yes, doing a PGDISEM course from NITIE is worth the investment. Even if you have only 2.8 years of work experience, you will get good placement opportunities. NITIE has a small batch size. So, every student gets good opportunities while placements.

Students from PGDISEM get recruited as Environment Health and Safety Manager, Health and Well Being Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Risk Consultants, etc.  NITIE Mumbai placements 2022 concluded with an average CTC of INR 16 LPA.

Yes, pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environmental Management (PGDISEM), from NITIE is worth going for. PGDISEM has an excellent placement record.

NITIE Placements:

  • In the 2022 placement drive, the average CTC offered to the students was INR 25.41 LPA.
  • Some of the major recruiters that frequent campus placements are Asian Paints, PepsiCo, Snapdeal, KPMG, Tata Motors, etc.

PGDISEM is a niche course and one of its kind. If you are interested in this area then NITIE is the best option.

The PGDISEM course of NITIE Mumbai is among the best in the country. The batch size is 47 students. The work experience is irrelevant in the course as everyone from the batch gets placed. According to the recent placement highlights the average and highest CTC offered to the students are 20 LPA and 44 LPA.

The profiles offered through this course includes EHS Manager (Environment, Health, and Safety), Consultant (SAP-EHS), Health and Wellbeing Manager, Responsible Banking, Environment/ Sustainability Manager, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Manager, Risk Consultant, and other profiles related to Operations Management or General Management.

The course is worth joining if you are interested in landing at such job profiles. So, before taking a decision, talk to the current students of the institute.
