Eligibility for admission in UG Course is that the applicant must have passed his 10+2 with minimum 55% marks and for backward groups it is 50%. The college offerers many courses in various fields like Science, Arts, Commerce and Law. The college has many courses like M.Sc, B.Com, B.Tech, LLB etc. Applicants who have applied in the various courses and got the admissions have to make payment by Bank Draft after the applicant has conforms their admission.

Shri Jai Narain PG College Lucknow offers courses and self-supporting courses in Arts, Commerce, Science, Management, Physical Education, Education, Law, Computer application. I chosen BA course because I want to study Hindi subject. The faculty of BA was very talented and professional. The teaching style of every teacher was very admirable. The students learn every concept of the subject because teacher cleared the every student doubts in the class.

Stpend is on an average 10000 per month. Alumni network is very good. Big companies came for placement. A very few students are offered placements. The salary offered ranges from approximately Rs. 15,000 to 75,000 per month, and the average salary offered is around Rs. 35,000 per month. Top recruiting companies include Infosys, Cipla and Wipro. Around 10% of the students got an internship from the course.

NPGC: Dream or Doom

Course Curriculum Overview:

My subject combination was Psychology, English, and Mathematics, where I was particularly interested in the subject psychology since it intrigued me. There are 1 faculty per subject i.e. 1 teacher for approximately 90 students and most of the faculty are NET-qualified professor though some guest faculty members are also there to deal with the curriculum subjects. The English department is particularly good and knows what they are teaching and how to shape a student's mindset and career. 1 year in NPGC consists of 2 semesters and in 1 semester total of 2 internals, 1 assignment, and 1 main external exam takes place. The test has an average difficulty but the exams are considerably difficult and long, hence one has to attend the classes to get a gist of what can be important for the examination.

I took this course because of the variety of subjects which come under BA and are helpful for the government exams. Teachers of the university are good and helpful and are willing to teach students. The term exams occurs after 6 months of time period and its quite easy to pass the exams if the student practiced normally for the exams.

Really best library facility with free access

Course Curriculum Overview:

I appreciate its low fee structure and good faculties so I like this course. There is a total of more than 20 faculties with good teaching styles so faculty students ratio is very good. They are highly qualified and trained faculties so they teach us very nicely. Exams are very easy to pass due to their best question structures.

The Experience of National Post Graduate College

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I am preparing for Staff Selection Commission. Our college offers many subjects in BA like Geography, Pol Science, Education, Sociology, English, Hindi, Anthropology, etc. There are about 600 students in the per subject of BA Faculty. The teachers are very Knowledgeable and Helpful. The teaching method of Teachers is very good. There is always the conduction of tests in classes for checking the growth of students. There are two semesters of exams in a course with a gap period of 6 months. The semester exam is very hard. You have to write properly with good content in semesters. 70 marks are allotted for Theory and 30 marks are allotted for Internal Assessments of Students like Practical, Viva, Assignments, etc.
