Remarks :

The admission is based on jee mains rank. The admission form is available on the utu website in august-September. There are state domicile and reservation benefits. The college offers B.Tech, MTech and MCA.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The college is a government college offering various branches in B.Tech (computer science, computer science( AI-ML), civil, electrical, electronic, mechanical, biotechnology, and manufacturing). I opted for CSE (AIML). The college has well-qualified faculty having a doctorate in respective fields. Girls to boys ratio in CSE is 1:4. The college conducts 2 unit exams and a semester exam, for each semester.

Placement Experience :

Students are available for placement during the final year. The college offers good on-campus placement for CSE, with a medium package of 3-4 LPA. Some students were placed at 10-12 LPA. Some students prepare for gate exams after graduation.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is very much economical. The public college offers courses at very affordable prices. Hostel fees are 18,500/ per sem. College fee is 64,500/ per annum. Students are eligible for different government scholarships and university merit-based scholarships. There are no on-campus jobs.

Campus Life :

The college conducts various tech fests and cultural fests and competitions. Course books and journals are available in the library. Classrooms have projectors and smart screens. The college conducts sports competitions.

Hostel Facilities :

The college has very old infrastructure provided with a led tube light, single bed, table chair, and almirah. The paints are off the walls. The water supply is available properly. Washrooms have Indian seats. Food is good in taste, with breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner in mess. Hostels are mandatory for all. The hostel is 200m far from the department.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Not all professors are Ph.D. holders. The curriculum is poorly designed. You get choices for electives only after the 4th sem. The curriculum is old. There are 3 exams in one sem.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible after the 2nd year for summer internships and after 3rd year for campus placements. Many mass recruiters like Accenture, TCS, and Wipro come to the campus. High recruitment companies like adobe and Goldman Sachs also come to the college for the recruitment drive in the 3rd year. Though the percentage of students getting placed is less it was ranked better than IIT Roorkee last year, so yaa you can comprehend the following.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of my keen interest in technology. In my college there is a good student-to-teacher ration which is 20:1 . Almost all the faculties are M.Tech holders and many of them even hold Ph.D. Exams are held every 1-2 months.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I get a chance to get an ECE branch in this college. The overall faculty is very good there are so many iitians and Ph.D. facilities especially in the civil branch and ECE branch so the overall ratio is very good. The exam is very tough but if you have studied class notes and assignments it is enough to get good marks in every exam.
