Remarks :

12th pass out from any school/board can get admission application to apply for the course is available on the official website of bhu i.e. bhuonline.in, application fees is about rs. 500-1000, form is available between the months of January to March Reservation benefits is available for lower/backward castes, ews category & handicapped student it has the best and fastest admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview :

B.com has a wide range of scope in future. Dav has a fair faculty-student ratio of about 1:40. The faculty of DAV is highly qualified and has good teaching experience. semester exams were held timely and well managed and not so difficult to pass if one has prepared enough for it.

Class Size : 250Course Fees : INR 35000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Normal fees for the course are about 5000-6000 however it varies according to the different additional subjects and fees can be raised up to 6-7 times of normal fees for the paid seats. there is no campus placement or financial assistance or scholarship provided by the institute however one can avail of the benefits of scholarships provided by the government.

Campus Life :

The annual fest is held by the college itself in the month of march-April. library of the institute is well organised and has a wide range of books on different topics. Student can take books from library very easily. it has a classroom with a projector, fully ventilated, and a good source of light. college highly focus on the overall development of student and provide different extra curricular activities and provide amenities for sports. there a different pages run by students of DAV on Instagram and platforms including facebook and WhatsApp.

Placement Experience:

The student can get placed after the 4th semester and is also eligible for a pre-placement offer. Good companies such as wipro come here. The highest package is around 2.5Lpa. Around 70% of students get placed every year.

A underrated college you should know

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I wanted to do CA and B.com hons is the best course for CA I think so. Yeah, so faculty to student ratio is also nice as around 15-20 professors are in the commerce faculty and all are very nice and student-friendly. The qualification of teachers is half are assistant professors and half are professors who both are very perfect in their subjects and you will be easily guided through your course. Teachers' methods are all different some bit strict some are friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I was curious about management studies and I wanted to study Commerce and learn its practical application. Secondly, I was having commerce in my class 12. In the future Goal is to secure the 90+ percentile in CAT and avail a good college for MBA. The course faculty is good and well-qualified. With 10+ years of teaching experience and few scholars guide us in our study through career guidance and mutual help. Our 1st year was a bit fast, because of corona admission process was delayed. But that gap was covered by conducting two semesters of exams within 8 months. There are (approx.) 1:15 faculty Professor/teaching staff over the student.

Reality of an Graduate.

Placement Experience:

Students got eligible to sit in placements from the fifth semester. In terms of on-campus placements, a good amount of companies visits the campus to hire freshers. We regularly get updated through the upcoming placement opportunities in our email. But after completing end term exams of last semester those updates got very few and then no updates. There are some tests conducted by the University from time to time for students to check and set their eligibility for upcoming companies based on their performance.
