Brief about HPTU

Remarks :

The process of admission is quite simple if anyone is taking admission through an entrance exam or through spot counselling rounds, You must have passed your higher secondary with a non-medical stream or you can apply after completing your diploma first. One can apply online by visiting the official website of the university i.e www.himtu.ac.in, it provides all information regarding eligibility, reservations or syllabus for the entrance exam also. Everything is there on the website.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because my father, faculty or student ratio was just ok at the beginning but with time it got better. The faculty was just awesome, everyone had their own methods of teaching. There were two Mid-term sessionals every semester followed by assessments on the basis of assignments, presentations or vivas and then the final semester exams. The level of exams was moderate.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure was not fair for all the students as for girls it was normal whereas in the case of boys it was unfair, that's what I think. But the overall cost of the study was affordable as compared to other institutions. There were many scholarship schemes for the students to help them. There were not many placement offers but quite a few offers were there to encourage the students to participate.

Campus Life :

Campus life is one of the best parts of anyone's life. There are annual fests as well as tech fests or youth fests every year to encourage students to take part in these activities also for their overall growth not just focusing on academics only The first youth fest of the university took place at Himalayan Group of Professional Institutions, Kala Amb District Sirmour.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of my interest in electronics and communication. There is a total of 60-65 students in my class. The all teachers are well experienced and well qualified. They are very helpful. The semester exam is conducted at the end of the semester by HPTU and the exam is neither very hard nor very easy.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As Computer Science and engineering are popular these days. I chose this course because I love problem-solving. I enjoy the technical site so computer science fits best me. The student-teacher ratio is 10:1 to ensure every student gets to follow the activity properly and remain attentive throughout. Faculty members are very experienced in their fields and look for the overall development of students in their subjects. All the faculty members are well-qualified, and all are punctual on time. The course curriculum focuses both on the theoretical and practical knowledge of students. The courses eventually change over time. Term exams are not so tough to pass. Regular attendees can easily pass the examination with a good pointer.
