Remarks :

Applied West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination my rank approx 50000 in general rank. To get admission in this college the another process is Decentralized counselling which is held after the centralized counselling. The admission process is very good.

Course Curriculum Overview :

After passed out from my higher secondary studies I had determine to continue my study with computer. That's why, I take admission in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), as it has a huge demand in terms of job opportunities as per the current circumstances. The faculties are good and our faclty members are also very helpful. In our CSE department, there are approx 150 students and about 14-15 teachers. The teachers are highly qualified, many of them had completed their M.Tech degrees and few of them are also completed their Ph.D degrees from IIT and other universities. Online classes were also done here in the CO-VID pandemic situation. In each semester, we have altotal of 4 internal exams, 2 practical exams and one final semester exam. The pattern of the semester exam is a little bit tough.

Class Size : 65Course Fees : INR 75480 per year

Placement Experience :

From the 7th semester students are become eligible for campus placements. In our college, a lot of companies visited like HCL, WIPRO, Amazon, Cognizant etc. 7.5 LPA is the average package and 9 is the highest package. 70% - 75% of students get their placements. My one and only priority is to get an on-campus placement.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For each semester, current fees structure - 45500 (for CSE & ECE) and 35400 (for ME, CE & EE). Our college notified us with a financial notice on google classroom asking us to pay the semester fees. In the SVMCM or OASIS scholarship, semester fees have been provided by goverment.

Campus Life :

Our campus is big and splendid. Every year our college organises Annual and Tech fest. Annual sports like Cricket, Football, Badminton are also happends here. Our college library is big. We have a huge playgrounds, a swimming pool and social groups. Here also, students can enjoy a good social life besides academics.

Hostel Facilities :

College are provided basic facilities. In girls' hostel 2 to maximum 4 bedded rooms are avaliable and in boy's hostel 1 to maximum 5 bedded rooms are avaliable. There are also 2 faculty hostels. College provides us breakfast, lunch (veg and non-veg both), snacks and dinner (veg and non-veg both), as well as other facilities such as Wi-Fi and laundry.

Hostel Fee : INR 44340 per year

Placement Experience:

the students were eligible for placements from the 7th sem and quite a large number of companies visit the colleges with an average package of around 4-5 LPA and their internship is provided which one can do from the 3rd year onwards and get admissions. Most of the companies are from the IT sector and around 80-85% of students are getting placed.

My college is best of all

Placement Experience:

From the 6th sem students can get placements. Companies that visit our college are amazon, geotech, Capgemini, Tcs, etc with an average offer of 6 LPA. The highest package in 2022 was 15 lpa on-campus and the average was 6 LPA. There is 100% placement. I am going to be an app developer and build my own apps and do freelancing and startups.

Placement Experience:

From 6 semesters onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, and Infosys are some of the companies which visited the campus. And more than 500 offers were made. The highest package here is 45 LPA which was offered by Amazon. The average package here is 4.5 LPA-5 LPA. More than 75% of students got placed. My plan after the degree is to secure a job with a maximum package.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good. 75 %Attendance is mandatory. The end semester exam has 70% weightage and the rest 30% comprises the class test, attendance, viva, and assignment. The faculty members are great and helpful. The professor is very knowledgeable.

Best Placement | Remarkable journey |

Placement Experience:

When you will be in your 7th sem company will start to visit your campus. You will get a clear idea of placements if you visit bppimt.ac.in and look for placement details for the last 5 years. in my year about 25-30 company has visited our campus already and a few are yet to come. till now the highest package is 10lpa. the company visited and pool campuses: Infosys, cognizant, Accenture, Hexaware, TCG, Lab vantage, NRI fintech, Kreeti, PWC, ey, Jio, HSBC, Johnson controls, kovair, nucleus software, SAP labs, and many more. 150 + students got an offer of 6lpa or more if you are a little serious then you will get a job on this campus and if you are a hard-working student you will get a higher package too. I will join kreeti technologies as a junior software engineer after my degree and now I am an intern at that company too.
