Remarks :

Reservation is followed during admission. More than 93% of the HSC mark is needed to get admission to this college. The sliding method is followed to fill seats. 50 seats will be given every year. We can apply for this college only on the site of the TNAU portal.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Exams will be conducted for 100 marks. We need to score more than 60 marks to pass the exam. 40 from practical, 20 from mid sem exams, and the rest of the 40 marks obtained from the final theory exam. Very tough to score 60+ marks on the exam.

Class Size : 43Course Fees : INR 37000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Food and Beverage industries, seafood Industries, Milk processing Industries, Food products manufacturing industries, and Food analysis laboratories are giving more opportunities to the students who completed this degree program.

Placement Experience :

Placement training and personality development training are provided every year to the students to improve their skills. 520000 to 550000 is given as an average package before completing the degree program itself.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarships will be given according to the reservation. Ranges from 12000-18000. The semester fee is very lower than other colleges ranging from 16000-18000. In the final year, students will be sent to industrial sites for internships.

Campus Life :

Community science college and Research institute is located on the campus of Agriculture College and Research Institute. Both the colleges have the same hostel and library facility. Very a huge library containing all kinds of books.

From the fifth semester onwards, students are eligible for placement and can actively participate in placement classes and mockup interviews. Many MNCs visited such as WIPRO, L & T, TCS, TATA steels and much more companies visited the college arena and get their staff from the college arena.
